Butter blocks are also part of our range dedicated to professionals. Made from 82% fat butter, this big rectangular block is available salted or unsalted, in 5kg packing size.
We are packing our butter blocks with one of the most modern, high-performance machines in its category. With a production capacity of 4 units of 5kg blocks per minute, Briois is a leader in this type of packaging. A homogeneous format of consistent quality, block after block, which we can also freeze to extend its shelf life to guarantee freshness during 1 year.
Very popular in HoReCa and Food Service channels, this perfectly rectangular butter block format can be used as incorporation butter, and is ideal for kitchens, bakeries, industries and other large-scale productions, guaranteeing uniform quality of finished products and optimal stock management. More convenient than a 25kg block, it’s a practical and economical packing size for export, making it easy to use on a daily basis.
The more traditional 5kg lump of butter is square in shape, with a more handcrafted appearance. This format, which has been produced by hand in our factory for several decades, is gradually giving way to the more industrial and affordable 5kg butter block.
